The property for sale is a single-storey solid building with a partial basement, which was founded on strip foundations. The house was built in 1884 and has been renovated and converted several times. The last refurbishment with all trades took place in 2016-2017. A complete gutting was carried out so that only a shell was left. The entire top floor was renovated and converted into living space. This created around 169 m² of living space plus a balcony and terrace, spread over 5 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a vestibule.
