The hallway leads to the kitchen on the right, which is equipped with upper and lower cupboards, an additional shelf and complete kitchen equipment. There is also a dining area for 2 people. There is also a microwave, a hob with extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a sink and a washing machine. At the end of the hallway is the bedroom, which is furnished with a spacious mirrored wardrobe, a double bed and 2 bedside tables with lamps. Large windows in all rooms provide plenty of light and good ventilation.

The living room offers a sofa bed (180x200cm), coffee tables, armchairs, a large TV, a dining/work table with chairs, a shelf and a glass front to the balcony and garden.
