It was completely renovated shortly before we moved in in mid-2020, so that the charm of the old building is now combined with the latest materials and technology. The property also has a quiet green area with outdoor seating. There is also the option of using a community area on the first floor of the building. We rent out the entire 3rd floor. The other floors are used by the main tenant Stackfuel GmbH and another subtenant. Furniture can optionally be taken over from the previous tenant (for a fee).
