The house from the Gründerzeit 1905 is located in a large park with free car spaces, rural, on the outskirts of the city in the Siebengebirge Nature Park with very good public transport and car connections,
location at the Birlinghoven forest with Birlinghoven castle.
Due to the current high gas and electricity prices, the energy cost flat rate may have had to be adjusted only temporarily.
The apartment is not well suited for more than one person for daily use.
