The high-quality bedroom wall unit (manufactured in Germany by Nehl - so-called "2weiRaumWunder") can possibly be replaced or alternatively rented. This is a pull-out wall bed with 1.6 x 2 meter bed with solid steel frame incl. slatted frame without mattresses. Also included: 2 closets integrated into the wall unit. As soon as the bed is folded in, a large work table is automatically "unfolded" in front of the wall unit, so that the room can be used optimally as a sleeping and working area at the same time. As soon as the bed is folded out, the large work table in front of the wall unit is automatically "folded in" (laptop and work utensils can remain on the table). The rent is € 60 per month, the amount to be paid will be determined by agreement, should this be an option.
If a fitted kitchen and wall unit are to be rented in the bedroom, the basic rent is € 630.00 + € 35.00 for the fitted kitchen + € 60.00 for the wall unit = € 725.00.
