There is currently no parking space on the property. The neighbors tolerate parking for loading and unloading without any problems, and I have already asked whether a parking space can be rented in the area. We are also looking into whether an access road to the inner courtyard would be feasible. However, a final solution has not yet been found. Currently, parking on the opposite side of the street is a good option, where there are usually enough free spaces. Alternatively, underground parking spaces are currently offered at Hauptstraße 164 for EUR 85/month - around 800 meters away.

Garden: I have had everything cut back and nicely tidied up here. However, the charming garden would of course benefit from some personal landscaping and further planting. The terrace in front of the rear house could also be relaid with antique granite stones, for example. I therefore leave a little maintenance and improvement of the garden in some places in the faithful hands of the new owner.
