The approximately 50 square meter apartment, which is sunny and features two rooms, is located on the 3rd floor (attic) of a multi-family building constructed in 1912 and protected as a historical landmark in the Altendorf/Oberer Kaßberg district of Chemnitz. The apartment was completely modernized and redesigned in April 2022.

The very good and open layout of the rooms offers plenty of space for creative living. From morning to evening, the apartment is flooded with light and is wonderfully bright and welcoming. A cozy living room, a separate bedroom, and a small, functional kitchen create a comfortable atmosphere and offer everything you need. The bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub and also features a toilet, sink, and space for a washing machine.

The apartment also includes a storage room in the basement.

We have been renting the apartment as a vacation rental for some time, and we would also like to remain as tenants in the apartment after the sale. The furniture and appliances were brought in by us and will not be included in the sale. The current base rent is €7.00 per square meter. The apartment is in very good condition and is regularly cleaned and maintained. Our vacation guests are carefully vetted.
