If you want to enter the apartment and you have mastered the wooden staircase (which an elderly lady of over 10 years managed very well every day), you first reach the hallway via the staircase. All rooms are accessible from here, so there are no through rooms. The living room is on the far left. It is about the same size as the room on the far right, the bedroom. Of course, you can swap the use of the two rooms. The second room from the left is the kitchen, next to it is the shower room.
The apartment is generally pet and smoke free.
The Koba apartment is suitable for one or two people.

Danstedt is now a (local) part of the so-called unified municipality of Nordharz, based in Veckenstedt. The world-famous cathedral and sausage town of Halberstadt, the colorful town on the Harz Mountains with its town hall, castle and Auerhahn brewery, is only a few kilometers away and easily accessible by bus. The North Harz highway is also not far away, and the main train station with good connections to Halle and Goslar is shared with the neighboring town.
In the village itself, it is the hard-working clubs and organizations that give the village a very special sense of community with their activities.
