We are looking for a tenant for our house with a large garden and pool, located in the center of Frankfurt-Harheim. It's a quiet house at the back, and the upper floor offers spacious approximately 125 square meters, with a covered south-east-facing terrace and an open fireplace. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully fitted with branded appliances. On the ground floor, there is a large (guest) room of approximately 30 square meters with direct access to the south-facing terrace and garden. This room includes a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishwasher. The ground floor also features a laundry room with a shower, two utility rooms (suitable for a wardrobe, office, or storage), another toilet, a garden workshop (which also houses the heating system and pool filter), and a garage with a workshop and plenty of storage space for bicycles, etc. Two additional cars can be parked in the courtyard. The house is within walking distance of the Eschbach and Nidda rivers and is easily accessible by bike, car, and public transport in all directions. Public transport connections include bus 25 to S6 (Berkersheim) or bus 28 to U2/9 (Kalbach/Riedberg). Thanks to the frequent service, it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the main train station (Hbf) by bus and S6. The house will be handed over in an unrenovated condition, allowing the tenant to customize it to their own preferences, and they will not be required to renovate upon moving out. Families and expats are welcome! The utilities advance payment includes everything except electricity, heating/hot water, and internet/TV. There is still some heating oil remaining (approximately 500-1,000 liters). Any new heating oil will be the responsibility of the tenant, as it is not possible to install a meter on the system. Electricity is also an additional cost – there is a separate meter for this. A cable connection is available, but the tenant will need to arrange and pay for the contract themselves. We are very particular about the garden and would like it to be treated with care and attention (a lawnmower and many other necessary tools are provided). There are raised garden beds and a playhouse with a slide. In addition, we have a cherry tree, an apple tree, raspberries, and various other plants, as well as a variety of herbs. We also have our beloved old roses and a grapevine on the garden house wall, which produces fruit. If the pool is to be used, we will need to agree on arrangements regarding its maintenance and water consumption (there is a garden water meter, so there are no sewage charges for pool and garden water use).
