What does this mean? Well, first of all - just don't expect the usual!

The bathroom is also "a little different": this wet room is prepared for the morning rush when everyone has to go to school and work at the same time. You can adapt the use of the space very flexibly to your own needs. This allows you to create an open living atmosphere for your family.
Once again: this apartment is really not for people who are "just" looking for a run-of-the-mill solution.
Oh, yes; or rather, no. It fits into the overall picture, the apartment has 3 French balconies in the living room, but then again, no balcony. - What's the point? For the money you'd rather rent an allotment, grow carrots and put up a pool for the children in summer...
