Location
Excellent location with stunning views directly on the Rhine, offering unobstructed views of Lahneck Castle and, to the right, the Marksburg in Koblenz. The property is located in Kripp, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It has direct access to the cycling path to Koblenz, and the city center is just a short distance away. A bus stop is approximately 200 meters from the house (stop: Koblenz-Stolzenfels-Kripp), with a journey time of 17 minutes to the city center (Zentralplatz).
The railway line and road are shielded by a sound barrier and hedge behind the house. No need to worry about flooding! During the major flood of 1993, there was only 80 cm of water in the basement. The house is significantly elevated above the Rhine and even has a boat ramp.
