20459 Hamburg (Neustadt)We are subletting our bright, partially furnished apartment for the next few years (the exact duration is open for discussion to find what suits you best), starting October 1st, 2021. The apartment is located in a very central area, with practically everything within a few hundred meters' walking distance. It is bright and well-maintained, with a total of three rooms and 71 square meters of living space.
It is located on the third floor without an elevator. Two of the rooms are connected by a door, and due to considerations regarding neighbors, this apartment might be more suitable for a couple without children or pets. Parking is available on the surrounding streets as "resident parking," and it typically takes a maximum of 0-2 minutes to find a parking spot using the resident parking permit.

The kitchen is well-equipped, including a premium washing machine, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and basic dishes and cutlery.
The apartment is fully furnished with a washing machine and dryer, a complete kitchen (including a dishwasher), a TV, a full bathroom set, a bathtub, and some shelves and cabinets. You may still need to bring chairs, a table, and any other items you desire. The sofa and bed are relatively old (although the mattresses are brand new), so if you prefer new ones, you will need to bring them.

Within a one-minute walk: Edeka, Rewe, Penny, the organic supermarket Tjadens; a farmers market (held twice a week right outside your door); flower shops, St. Michael's Church; numerous very tasty restaurants, small boutique shops, and charming cafes. Planten un Blomen flower park, and a variety of rental options including cars, scooters, several bike rental stations, and motorcycles.
Within a 3-8 minute walk, you can reach: the S-Bahn (suburban train) station Stadthausbrücke (lines S1, S3) and the U-Bahn (subway) station Rödingsmarkt (line U3); Jungfernstieg (lines U1, U2, U3, U4, S1, S3), and bus lines 36, 37, 112, 116. If that's not enough, you'll always find a car-sharing vehicle (DriveNow, Miles, WeShare, etc.).
Within an 8-15 minute walk, you can reach: the S-Bahn station Landungsbrücken (lines S1, S3), the U-Bahn stations Baumwall, St-Pauli (line U3), and Gänsemarkt (line U2), as well as numerous bus lines, car rental stations, and more. You'll also find the Elbe Promenade at Landungsbrücken, leading towards the Elbphilharmonie; the Alster lake, the Reeperbahn, St. Pauli, Sternschanze, Rathausmarkt (city hall), Mönckebergstrasse, Heilig-Geist-Feld, Laeizhalle, and countless other attractions.
