The apartment is a renovated pre-war building (built in 1911) with correspondingly high ceilings. The apartment is 105 m² in size and is located on the 2nd floor.
The shared apartment consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen with a pantry, and a bathroom with a separate toilet (the bathrooms have been recently renovated). There is a wide hallway with a shared dining table.
The room can be rented furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk, or unfurnished.
We are all working professionals, and we don't typically have parties. We enjoy watching movies together and having dinner together. Everything is optional.
Other information:
The shared apartment is equipped with everything you need (washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer).
The rental price includes the GEZ fee (broadcasting fee) and Wi-Fi. There are no other additional costs.

Location
The apartment is centrally located in Stuttgart East. It's just a 1-minute walk to Ostendplatz. Shopping facilities (Rewe, dm, Aldi, etc.) are also within a few minutes' walk. Approximately 100 meters away is the park on the Klingenbach.
Tram lines U4 and U9 stop just a few meters away. It takes about 8 minutes to reach the city center (Charlottenplatz). The Ost district has many small shops and cafes/bars. There is also a swimming pool right next door.

The apartment was only renovated in January 2020, is regularly maintained, and has only been rented out since then.
To ensure better communication within the shared accommodation and with the landlord, we kindly request that only applicants with a good command of German apply.
