The apartment has an outdoor area with a small terrace and garden that can only be used by the tenant. However, it is currently not completely fenced off from the generally accessible courtyard area.
The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. Only in the bathroom is there an additional electrically operated radiator for faster drying of towels.
A general storage room behind the house may be used by the tenant. There is also a private storage room belonging to the apartment in a separate building in the courtyard.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property at the request of the owners' association!
