Location
The apartment is located in a very well-kept three-party house in a quiet location.
A new Rewe grocery store, a DM and a bakery are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Access is via a private road that is not continuous. This means that there is no through road and therefore no car traffic!
A bus connection to Siegburg and the center of Sankt Augustin can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
There is also a very good transport connection to Bonn and Siegburg (bus/train).
But you can also be on the A3 within a few minutes by car and thus on the way to Cologne (duration: approx. 30 minutes). The A560 and A59 highways are also just a few minutes away.
Siegburg or Bonn can each be reached in approx. 10 to 15 minutes by car.
