The kitchen will be rented without appliances (no kitchenette is included). Cable connection for TV, internet, and telephone is available in the living room and bedroom. A fiber optic connection for high-speed internet is planned. The entire property is very well-maintained and clean. A cleaning service provides weekly cleaning. This eliminates the need for the tenant to arrange cleaning services (included in the monthly rent). The apartment has an intercom system for the main entrance. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard of the property.

Our selection process for new tenants prioritizes finding individuals who will fit well within the existing community of residents. To facilitate an objective initial screening, we require you to provide 3-4 sentences of information about yourself when you make your inquiry. Inquiries with brief messages such as "Interested in the apartment" or "Would like a viewing" will not be considered.

Our preferences are:
- Maximum of 2 people
- Non-smokers (smoking is not permitted in the apartment)
- No pets
- Applicants must have a stable income and permanent employment (proof required).

We will conduct an initial screening of applicants. Those who meet our criteria will then be invited, in groups of no more than 2 people, for a personal viewing appointment on a Saturday. After the viewing, applicants who wish to continue with their application for the apartment will be required to provide a self-disclosure form. We look forward to receiving your application!
