We offer our beautiful attic apartment in Volksdorfer Damm in the immediate vicinity of the Stüffel for rent. It is located on the 1st floor in a small apartment building with three residential units and has a small balcony facing the street.
The apartment is located in the front building and can be reached through a communal entrance via an internal staircase.

The central hallway provides access to all rooms and spaces in the apartment. This includes a well-designed and spacious daylight bathroom with shower / separate bathtub / washing machine connection, a storage room, two separate rooms and a living and dining room with kitchen and access to the balcony. The fitted kitchen is provided free of charge and is available.

Floor-to-ceiling­ windows and large skylights provide sufficient lighting and a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has underfloor heating.
Furthermore, the residential unit has access to the large attic with a floor area of approx. 40m² and is accessible via a retractable attic staircase.

A parking space is not available. However, parking is easily possible in adjacent streets.

The Bergstedter Markt and the Rewe-Center with its wide range of stores for daily needs are just a few minutes' walk away. The bus stop for the 174 bus is in the immediate vicinity, runs very regularly and takes you to the Buckhorn subway station, the Volksdorfer Markt or to the AEZ or Poppenbüttel train station, for example, in just a few minutes. The city center can be easily reached by car in around 30 minutes.

In addition, the Stüffel farm with its occasional events and the beautiful adjacent hiking trails can be reached quickly on foot.
