The apartment is available to guests for vacation rental from the date of construction. The already signed rental contracts are to be taken over from the time of handover. If required, we can help with the initial phase of letting.
The vacation home consists of a guesthouse, vacation apartments and 4 commercial units.
A car parking space is assigned to the apartment. The owners' bicycles are made available to guests in the bicycle storage room. The apartment has so far been offered exclusively to changing vacation guests with an above-average occupancy rate over more than 10 rental years (currently 245 days in 2022, 208 days in 2023 and currently with 197 days). This lovingly furnished vacation apartment is located close to the beach at the beach entrance.
