Modern, functional, cozy: Great two-room apartment in Haan

The apartment was individually designed by me and is modern, functional and cozy at the same time.
From the hallway, you enter the open dining area connected to the kitchen, which is furnished with a mix of antique softwood furniture and white designer chairs, matching the high-quality, custom-made kitchen. Refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, hob, microwave, Nesspresso machine with capsules, toaster, blender....everything is provided. The cupboards contain pots, pans, bowls, plates, wine glasses, champagne glasses, water glasses and much more.
In the chest of drawers in the spacious bedroom, just to the right of the apartment entrance, there are plenty of fresh towels and a change of bed linen.
In the daylight bathroom with shower tray, opposite the bedroom, there is a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo.
The large living room with a comfortable couch can be accessed from the eat-in kitchen.
The washing machine is located in the basement of the house.
The rental price includes all utilities for one person. For two people, the monthly rent increases by 40 euros.
