we are looking for a nice & open-minded roommate who is already studying in the Braunschweig region or is about to start his studies.
The house is fully equipped. In addition to our common rooms such as a
study and learning room with video conferencing system & large monitor as well as PC incl. printer and scanner
bar, eat-in kitchen, workshop, laundry room, bicycle cellar and a jetty directly on the Oker with our own boats
we currently have rooms available, one of which could be your new home in the future.
Typical for an old building, the room has very high ceilings, beautiful floorboards and faces the Theaterpark. The rooms are therefore very quiet and flooded with light thanks to the large windows. The bathrooms are currently being renovated.
The best thing to do is to come and see for yourself!

Now a few words about us to give you a first impression.
At the moment, students from a wide range of disciplines and personalities aged between 18 and 24 live in our beautiful house. This makes it easy for every first-year student to make a quick connection to university life and benefit from the experiences of their flatmates.
In addition to studying, we mainly share leisure activities such as canoeing, music, table football, sports, exchanging opinions and ideas and enjoying beer and Braunschweig's nightlife.
Now a few words about us to give you a first impression.
At the moment, students from a wide range of disciplines and personalities aged between 19 and 25 live in our beautiful house. This makes it easy for every first-year student to make a quick connection to university life and benefit from the experience of their fellow residents.
Through our network, we are closely connected with large companies and research institutions in the region and can quickly arrange internships or student jobs, for example.
In addition to studying, we mainly share leisure activities such as canoeing, music, table football, sports, exchanging opinions and ideas and enjoying beer and Braunschweig's nightlife.
However, we are not deadlocked and would also enjoy your hobbies together!

Location! Location! Location! If you are wondering where we live:
Our house is located on the Jasperallee bridge opposite the State Theater directly on the Oker with its own jetty and boats. For all those who are not from Braunschweig, let me translate that for you:
You can walk to the Schlossarkaden shopping center within 3 minutes, or to the city center/old town within 7 minutes. If you ever plan to go to the university, that's no problem at all. 8 minutes on foot through the Theaterpark and 5 minutes by bike will take you to the main campus and the canteen.
For all those who have opted for Ostfalia or HBK, it should be said that you also have good public transport connections and can be at the universities in no time at all.
Basically, you don't need a car if you live with us. However, there are always parking spaces on the side of the street (just not always free).
Otherwise, you are welcome to come by and take a walk and see the great location and the beautiful view for yourself.
