The guest rooms are ideal for business people and long-term tenants, with weekend visitors preferred.

All rooms have a television and free Wi-Fi. 2 out of 5 rooms are additionally equipped with a private shower.

The house has a beautiful outdoor area that can be used freely. There is also a fitted kitchen on the same floor which can be used free of charge.
