A special highlight are the two office cubes on our roof terrace (completion summer 2023).

Since November 2019, we have been offering you a total of 25 new offices on approx. 800 m² of usable space in our new construction phase.
Medienwerk 15 offers a total usable area of approx. 2250 m².

Medienwerk 15 is located in the Harburger Straße industrial park in Tostedt.

The business park is centrally located in the economic area of Nordheide in the southern metropolitan region of Hamburg directly on the federal highway 75 and can be reached via Harburger Straße or Dohrener Weg.

The area is 10 km from the Rade junction of the BAB A1 (Hamburg -Bremen) and 6 km from the Heidenau junction.
