The house was built in 2001 in concrete frame construction, on the outskirts of the village ,ongoing maintenance and exclusively owner-occupied. Due to the east/south location of the bungalow, you can experience beautiful sunrises and also shady afternoons in the small, pebble-covered, low-maintenance garden. The roof terrace 71 sqm (with balustrade) can be reached comfortably via the interior staircase. The design possibilities, such as the construction of a pavilion on the roof terrace or the increase / expansion to a total of 210 m2 living space are many.

The small village Gialtra is located in the green pine wooded north at an altitude of 162 m, on the peninsula Lichada. Beautiful sandy beaches and hot thermal springs invite you to relax and wellnessen, reachable in 5-10 minutes by car, boat anchorage possible. 20 minutes drive to the thermal spa. Shopping facilities in the village, supermarket like Lidl in Istiea. The island itself does not have its own airport and is therefore not touristy. But you can reach it comfortably by plane from Volos or Athens.
