FINAL CLEANING + DEPOSIT
To be paid in advance for each rental:
Final cleaning: 90,- Euro once, and independent of the rental period
Deposit: 870,- Euro for rentals of less than one month.
Deposit 1740,- Euro for rentals longer than one month.

The renovated apartment is located in a quiet residential area (play street) of Dietzenbach Steinberg.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are looking for tenants who would like to rent the apartment in Dietzenbach Steinberg immediately for professional reasons and only for a few months. Minimum rental period 2 weeks.
Preference will be given to weekend residents or commuters to their primary residence

The apartment is neither designed as a primary residence nor is it rented out as such on a permanent basis.
It is comparable to a vacation apartment, which is only rented out for temporary use for a maximum of 6 months.
The apartment also has neither a washing machine nor a tumble dryer.
And washing and drying laundry in the apartment is prohibited.
