The small but very lovingly furnished bathroom / WC has a shower cubicle with massage jets, electric boiler, toilet, wall cupboard, bathroom cabinet, washbasin, mirror and lamps, hairdryer, soap, hand and bath towels.
The pantry kitchen is equipped with a sink as well as a ceramic stove with 2 hobs and a small refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also a kettle, 1 toaster, 1 sandwich toaster, 1 coffee machine as well as crockery / cutlery and pots and pans. Spices, tea, coffee filters, washing-up liquid and garbage bags are also provided.
A mini oven is also available. There is also an ironing board and an iron.
Of course, a flat-screen TV is available (32-inch - reception via DVB-T2).
An internet connection is also included (via LTE - sufficient data volume per month).
Initial equipment includes bed linen and towels.
There is no washing machine or dryer, but there are laundromats in the immediate vicinity.
The doorbell is located in the hallway.

Location
Approx. 300 m to Mainz main station, close to the city center.
There is no parking lot available.

Here in the center of Mainz you will find many sights, plenty of shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
