Beautiful quietly located house in the old town center of Freinsheim, within walking distance of 1 minute to the medieval city wall. This is an exceptional old town house made of sandstone, which is connected to another house and has a communal courtyard. Both houses have separate entrances.
On the first floor is the open-plan living and dining area with fireplace, kitchen, guest WC/shower and a vaulted wine cellar. The wooden staircase leads to the entrance hall, from where you reach the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with bath, shower and WC. A further staircase leads directly to the large converted attic.

Freinsheim, with a population of around 5,000, is a wine-growing town and is known far beyond its borders for its old town with its medieval town wall. The town of Freinsheim has a well-developed infrastructure and good connections thanks to its rail links and proximity to the highways. Freinsheim is the seat of the municipal administration, has kindergartens, an elementary school, doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets and a retirement home, all within easy walking distance. Freinsheim also has a very diverse cultural life.
