The apartment building is set back on Oppenheimerstrasse. The newly signposted "Rheinterassenweg" as well as the renaturalized quarry or the nature reserve "Laubenheimer Ried" can be reached in a few minutes and allow long walks or bike rides along the Rhine or through vineyards and fields. The highway to Bingen, Ingelheim, Frankfurt, Wiesbaden is only 2 minutes away, Frankfurt Airport can be reached in 20 minutes.
A 1-minute walk to the bus stops in Oppenheimerstraße or a 10-minute walk to the Laubenheimer train station guarantee good public transport connections to the city center with 3 different bus lines or the regional train. Without changing buses, you can reach the Catholic Hospital in 16 minutes, the Höfchen in 17 minutes, Schillerplatz in 19 minutes, the University Hospital in 20 minutes and Schott AG in 30 minutes, to name just a few of the city's prominent destinations. By bike along the Rhine about 15 minutes to the Rhine promenade / winter harbor and city center, at the station Laubenheim there is a "MVG-Mein Rad" - rental station. Take the regional train from Laubenheim station to the Römisches Theater station in 3 minutes and to Mainz main station in 8 minutes.

The house has a pleasant living atmosphere. The house is partly occupied by tenants and partly by owners of different age structures. There is a dental practice on the ground floor. There is a janitor service. Parts of the garden can be used. The house received a completely new heating system a year ago. This is currently saving around 25 %. The energy certificate will be renewed in 2018 and will be more positive than the one published here. The house is in good condition and there is always regular investment and modernization if necessary. Further pictures on request.
