Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and features a 35 square meter, loft-style living area with wooden floors, high ceilings, stucco, and floor-to-ceiling windows. You will be awakened in the morning by the sunlight streaming in. A 43-inch television (cable) and a stereo system with a CD player are available. The kitchen, with a dining area for two, is fully equipped with a Siemens oven, ceramic hob (both new), refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster.
