Adult shared living apartment in a penthouse with a rooftop terrace.

Completely renovated in 2006; everything is new except for the foundation; excellent condition and stylish; breathtaking views. Large, sheltered rooftop terrace (70 square meters) with privacy and views of the Taunus mountains. I hope that this space will foster a sense of community, although it's not a requirement. In any case, the conditions are ideal. The 60 square meter living room in the shared apartment, with a large dining table and an open-plan kitchen, promotes communal living. Additionally, there's another fully equipped kitchenette on the 9th floor to serve the rooftop terrace or for quick breakfasts. Each resident has their own private bathroom directly next to their room, eliminating common sources of friction and protecting privacy. Currently, the age range of the residents is 1969-1978. Everyone is professionally employed in demanding fields and is therefore "well-occupied." It's difficult to capture the individual private rooms in a photo. I have very good experience with shared apartments, which is why I had this idea, and the property is very well-suited. The penthouse apartment includes a total of 4 apartments on the same floors (2 x 2-room apartments, 1 x 3-room apartment), which are part of the complex but are separate and potentially suitable for expansion.
