Beautiful apartment in an ideal location to the center, yet high recreational value in the immediate vicinity (fitness, restaurants, pubs, stores, fish market). Or by bike without interruption through the greenery or along the Elbe, e.g. to Blankenese or by ferry (pier in 400 mtr.) to the other side of the Elbe to Finkenwerder or to the fruit tree blossom in the Alte Land. The historic Speicherstadt can be reached in 2.5 km, but the best way to get to the Elbphilharmonie is by ferry directly from the fish market.
