Lupinenstraße 5 84061 ErgoldsbachIn Ergoldsbach, a charming apartment building with 9 residential units with elevator and underground parking is being built in an exposed location on the outskirts of the town.
The range of apartment types includes 2- and 3-room apartments. 14 parking spaces are planned in the underground garage. This can be accessed from Lupinenstrasse.
The apartment building has been designed by the architectural firm Bindhammer Architekten, Stadtplaner und Bertander Ingenieur Part mbB, Bayerbach, to be modern, spacious and flooded with light. It is being built in solid brick construction, with a full basement, first floor and 2 upper floors.
The DIN standards in force at the time of the building permit, the structural design, the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the sound insulation certificate form the basis of the construction work.
