Beckentalweg 4 71563 AffalterbachThe development area is idyllically situated on the outskirts of the municipality of Affalterbach, surrounded by detached houses, small apartment buildings and farms.
Our aim is to build on the plot with optimum use of space in such a way that the building structure reflects the scale of its surroundings. Reflecting the "farmyard theme" is also an important aspect of the planning.
A common staircase including elevator serves as a connecting structure for three similarly sized buildings. The three buildings divide the plot in such a way that valuable outdoor areas are created in each direction and each apartment has its own quiet outdoor area. The building has barrier-free access from the south and the entrance is also accessible from the north. On the north side, there is a generously planned waste room, which can also be used as a parcel drop-off point. The children's playground at the north-western corner of the property offers young residents a place to let off steam without disturbing the neighborhood.
Towards Beckentalweg, the two separate buildings and the spacious garden areas of the first floor apartments create a relaxed appearance.
Access to a large shared underground garage with 20 parking spaces is from the north. In addition, the residents have 12 outdoor parking spaces distributed around the building complex.
The façade is predominantly designed with high-quality, pre-greyed timber cladding and broken up with façade elements.
