New construction of condominiums - 6 apartment buildings with a total of 72 apartments are being built using climate-friendly solid wood construction with industrially prefabricated wall and ceiling elements (serial production).

The green roof area will be equipped with a photovoltaic system, and this electricity will be made available at a considerably lower market price.
Buildings 1 to 4 are almost identical and each have 14 residential units with living areas of approx. 84 m2 - approx. 132 m2 and 3 or 4 rooms.
Houses 5 and 6 in a sheltered inner courtyard location have 8 apartments per building, with living areas of approx. 61 to 117 m2 and apartment sizes of 2, 3 and 4 rooms. The buildings are identical in
structure, but are mirrored and arranged next to each other.
The 6 apartment buildings and their associated access roads are arranged in such a way that in the inner courtyard - protected and facing away from the street - there are
