We offer a partially furnished room in a 7-person shared apartment located in a quiet courtyard, yet it's also very centrally located. The room is bright and spacious and features a large private terrace with a southwest-facing orientation and a small garden area.
Our shared apartment has two entrances and two bathrooms. The common areas include the kitchen and a cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, extractor fan, refrigerator, and ceramic hob.
The building also has a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as space to set up a clothes drying rack.
The courtyard/garden can be shared. There is also a bicycle storage area at the back of the building. The room is available for rent immediately.
