All ceilings and walls were stripped of wallpaper, filled and freshly painted during the renovation in Dec. 25.
The interior staircase was repainted and given new carpeting, the fittings in the bathroom and guest toilet were renewed. Also in the kitchen a new line with induction stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination was installed. 50€ will be added to the rental price.

The private cellar room has also been freshly painted, as has the floor. A laundry room and outside drying area are available to the general public.
Location
Niederwerth is one of the few inhabited Rhine islands with a functioning community. In addition to a kindergarten and an elementary school, there is also a sports field, flat walking paths, clubs and a high recreational value.
Doctors, Vallendar train station, shopping facilities and the university can be reached on foot in 12 minutes.
The highway can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
