This charming, well-kept end-terrace house with classic red brick and gabled roof (built in 1968) is located in a popular, traffic-calmed residential street in Blankenese and is being sold privately by us. The extensive extension was carried out in 2003 when we moved in, a renovation and the installation of a new gas heating system was carried out in 2021/2022.
With around 130 m² of living space on three floors (plus basement) and a total of six rooms, the house offers ideal conditions for families with two or three children - or for couples who value generosity and space to unfold. All stairs are made of dark-stained solid wood, the doors are also solid and painted white. The house has a full basement, the cellar rooms are tiled, partially heatable and accessible from the inside via the staircase and from the outside via a staircase to the garden. There is also an attic, accessible via a pull-out roof hatch with stairs.

The house is surrounded by a sunny garden, depending on the time of day, partly with beautiful, old trees, the rear part with the terrace is south-facing, as is the balcony on the upper floor, there is a bicycle shed on the east-facing garden side of the house. The plot size is approx. 293 m².
