For my taste, a combination with a Swedish stove would be ideal and this is possible. There are three fireplaces in the house, and it has already been checked whether a stove can be connected to the one in the living room.

is downstairs and has three rooms, a kitchen-living room and a mini shower room. There is carpeting and the fitted kitchen is two years old. The apartment is currently rented to a very nice family of three.

The larger apartment ...
has its entrance further back and is vacant. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet with boiler and washing machine. Upstairs there are three rooms, a large eat-in kitchen with fitted kitchen and a balcony.
Thanks to large windows, all rooms are very bright and friendly.

The crowning glory ...
is the sunny garden. A spot on earth that simply feels good.
The neighborhood is very nice. There are tenants in the front building, otherwise it's practically all detached houses with families, often grandparents.

I think the location is ideal: in the middle of the city, but very quiet. You can get to the train station or the highway quickly, there are all the stores, it's easy to go for a walk and you can park on the doorstep.
