Our Villa Balkonia, in 04178 Leipzig, Südstraße 64, with 13 apartments, is a detached house completely renovated in 2003 with huge balconies and terraces in a central location with good connections to almost all public facilities in a street with little traffic.
Beautiful room layouts and large, exclusive bathrooms with shower and bathtub with modern tiles, borders and built-in wall mirrors enhance your sense of well-being.
HISTORY: The house, built at right angles around 1900 on a plot of 1,000 m², was restored by the previous owner in 1995. The building was acquired by me at the end of 2002 and was completely and tastefully renovated inside and out by mid-2003. As a result, necessary renovation work was constantly carried out and the apartments were often completely refurbished when they were moved.
Features Solid construction, brick masonry, full basement, gas central heating and hot water, TV cable connection, screed floors newly installed in 2003, ceilings and walls plastered, bathrooms tiled with inset mirror and borders, all bathrooms spacious with bathtub and shower. - Walls and ceilings: woodchip or fiberglass wallpaper, ceilings in the bathrooms partly plastered.
