Residential house with outbuildings

Year of construction 1940, was renovated in 2002, 2017, 2023 and are still in the process of removing old burdens from the previous tenants.
The house has three apartments and a drying room, is partially basement on both sides and cleaned of old loads.
A gas heating system was installed for each apartment with meters,
Electricity was renewed with meter box,
the inserts were renewed,
Chimney heads contruliert and renewed,
The fence of the property was fenced and cleared.
The pigsty was converted into a garage and part of it with a pit where the water from the house now runs in.
